PE Curriculum Support
The School invest in the Aspire Sports PECS Program, in order to ensure high quality teaching of PE at New Oscott. The program involves a PE specialist working along side our teachers every week.

Birmingham Metropolitan College
New Oscott are involved in an exciting partnership with Birmingham Metropolitan College. Every Friday, the BMET students run PE activities to out year 6 and year 4 children. Our children love to have the visitors into School, who teach them in smaller differentiated groups. This gives us another opportunity to link with the community.
Streetly Academy
The School work along side PE specialists from Streetly School, who support Year 5 in PE Lessons every week.
Swimming Lessons
New Oscott Primary provide swimming lessons with Wyndley Swimming.
We offer an intensive multi week program for our year 3 students.
We offer additional swimming support for our Year 4 5 and 6 students, who are yet to swim 25 metres.
Aston Villa
Every Wednesday Afternoon former Villa legend Bryan Small comes in to school to run football lessons for each year group.

Warwickshire Cricket
In the Spring term, Our children in year 4 and 5 are lucky enough to have Cricket coaching from Warwickshire Cricket Club
